A simple guide to Tickets @ The Grand

  1. Search the shows:
    Everything that plays at The Grand is now available on this website as a list, or you can search by Artist, Show Date, Genre, Venue, or Organization.
  2. Select your shows:
    Click on the name of the artist to select that performance (Please note that some artists may have more than one performance scheduled).
  3. Choose your price and seats:
    Use handy seating charts to choose exactly the seats you want. Many shows are available as Create Your Own Packages (CYOP - 3 or more shows) so keep shopping to get the best discounts.
  4. Support The Grand:
    Tickets cover less than half the cost of bringing great artists to The Grand. Please consider making a contribution to support our valued programs and services. More information available here.
  5. Check out:
    Once you’ve selected all the shows you want, click Check Out. Prices and discounts seats will already be calculated. Fill out some quick contact and payment info on our secure server (and your info can be saved for future visits if you want) and you’re done.
  6. Check your email, then your mailbox:
    Ticket transactions are now “real time.” Confirmation of your order is e-mailed within minutes. Tickets will be mailed to the address provided within 1-2 days, or available the night of the show.

  2. Additional ticketing service fees apply.
  3. Service fees are non-refundable.
  4. The taking of pictures or the use of recording devices is prohibited.
  5. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of management.
